Are you an experienced CPN looking for your next community placement in Kent?KMPT's Maidstone Community Mental Health Team is seeking a confident and motivated Band 6 CPN to join them on a full-time contract basis.

What You'll Be Doing:You'll be working as part of a well-established team, supporting adults with a range of complex mental health needs in the community. Key duties include:

Managing a caseload of service users

Carrying out initial assessments and contributing to risk management plans

Developing and reviewing recovery-focused care plans

Coordinating with MDTs, carers, and external agencies

Participating in CPA reviews and safeguarding meetings
Requirements:

Registered Mental Health Nurse (NMC)

Previous experience in a Band 6 CPN role, ideally in a community setting

Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

Car driver with access to vehicle preferred
Working Hours & Contract:

Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
