Are you a Dietitian with specialist experience in acute care? Hunter Gatherer AHP is seeking a Band 6 Dietitian for a locum role based in Derbyshire. This is an ongoing contract with flexibility for up to full-time hours and immediate start.
Position Overview
- Location: Derbyshire
- Contract Length: Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Start Date: ASAP
- Pay Rate: Dependent on experience and banding (up to Band 7 level)
- Working Pattern: Up to full-time (flexibility considered)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialist dietetic care to neuro rehab patients across treatment pathways
- Conduct nutritional assessments and develop individualised care plans
- Liaise closely with multidisciplinary teams both in-person and remotely
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records
Essential Criteria
- HCPC-registered Dietitian
- Experience in dietetics essential
- Excellent communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skills
- Proficiency in remote consultation platforms (if working remotely)
