We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager with a robust background in the insurance sector to lead a complex, long-term programme aimed at renewing technology and business processes over the next 2-3 years. This is a unique chance to shape governance, optimize processes, and guide the programme from inception to successful delivery. Key Responsibilities: β Programme Leadership: Oversee the implementation of the policy administration system, establishing key milestones and ensuring that deliverables align with scope, budget, and timeline. β Governance Set-Up: Develop governance frameworks and structures to facilitate smooth programme operations and effective reporting. β Process Improvement: Identify, streamline, and enhance existing processes to maximize efficiency throughout the programmeβs lifecycle. β Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment with client objectives. β Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate and address potential issues or delays proactively to maintain programme momentum. β Risk Management: Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and their potential impacts on programme delivery.
