Programme Manager – Policy Administration System Implementation (12-Month Initial Contract) Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in the City of London Duration:12-month initial contract (potential for multi-year extension) Day Rate: £(Apply online only) per day (Outside IR35) We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Programme Manager to join a leading insurance company in the implementation of a new Policy Administration System (PAS). We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager with a robust background in the insurance sector to lead a complex, long-term programme aimed at renewing technology and business processes over the next 2-3 years. This is a unique chance to shape governance, optimize processes, and guide the programme from inception to successful delivery. Key Responsibilities: – Programme Leadership: Oversee the implementation of the policy administration system, establishing key milestones and ensuring that deliverables align with scope, budget, and timeline. – Governance Set-Up: Develop governance frameworks and structures to facilitate smooth programme operations and effective reporting. – Process Improvement: Identify, streamline, and enhance existing processes to maximize efficiency throughout the programme’s lifecycle. – Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment with client objectives. – Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate and address potential issues or delays proactively to maintain programme momentum. – Risk Management: Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and their potential impacts on programme delivery.
