The 45m turnover business now requires a Managing Director to join the business to take the company through the next stage of growth, including new online product launches, the expansion of products for the growing supercar market, and to lead forward the further expansion of sales channels and distribution networks.
Our client seeks a very commercially mature Managing Director who can lead the business forward and run P&L autonomously, with the parameters set by the private equity investors.

The business is a private equity backed, 45m turnover developer and retailer of Ford, McLaren, Aston Martin, Mercedes, and VW / Audi performance parts.
The business also builds specialist parts for motor sport, touring cars and supercars. The business is well funded as has recently benefited from a further round of significant investment in new products to meet market demand.
Candidate requirement:
We ideally seek a Managing Director with the following experience:
Experience of profit and loss management within an SME business or experience of autonomously running a business unit or division of a larger group.
Dynamic and charismatic as a leader, able to set clear direction and vision for the business.
The Managing Director will need experience of developing new markets, sales channels and distribution networks.
An interest or experience in automotive, motorsport or similar environments.
