We are excited to begin the search for a talented Product Director to join our client’s innovative team in the Knightsbridge area of Central London. This newly-created Product Director position will play a crucial role in working with the founders of the business in leading the strategic vision, productisation, and continuous enhancement of an enterprise-scale financial services platform.
As Product Director, you will play a key role in helping the business to provide innovative and transparent payment solutions to their extensive client base, providing FX, payments, expense management, and business reporting solutions all via a single platform. The client firmly believes that innovation and transparency are essential in today's business world, and are committed to helping their clients unlock their full business potential. The solution allows clients to keep track of expenses and manage their reporting without having to spend a huge amount of time on accounts.
Key Responsibilities as Product Director:
- Define and execute the overall product strategy in alignment with business goals and customer outcomes.
- Lead, mentor and mature the product team and organisation to drive high performance, skills development, and innovation.
- Oversee the product design, deployment, and lifecycle management of solutions to ensure security, scalability, and operational quality.
- Partner as Product Director with technical, delivery, and commercial teams to accelerate platform adoption and integration within client environments.
- Monitor platform and product performance, cost efficiency, and resource utilisation to optimise operational effectiveness.
- Stay current with product and platform advancements, market trends, and evolving AI capabilities to drive continuous improvement across the product offering.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience as a Product Director, Product Owner or Product Leader for enterprise platforms, ideally within an MSP or SaaS environment.
- Strong leadership capabilities as a Product Director, with a track record of managing and motivating diverse teams.
- Ability to shape product strategy and deliver roadmaps to take the product into new markets and continue the growth trajectory.
- Experience in productising features and developing go-to-market strategies.
