Job Title: HR Director

Location: Central London

Salary: £90-100k basic + benefits

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated HR Director to join a rapidly growing FCA-regulated asset and investment management business based in Central London.

As the HR Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations, managing a team of approximately 10 HR professionals, and implementing and managing HR processes and systems.

Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Board, the successful candidate will be expected to collaborate with various business functions including senior leadership, compliance, finance, and investment management teams to drive the HR strategy and support the overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with regulators, auditors, and third parties to ensure regulatory and financial compliance from an HR perspective.
2. Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy to align with the business growth.
3. Manage HR and recruitment third-party relationships.
4. Oversee the delivery of GDPR, Data Protection, and Compliance training.
5. Lead and manage teams across all HR disciplines including Reward, HR Ops and Payroll, DE&I, and Employee Engagement.

Future Plans:

1. Play a pivotal role in the continued success and growth of the business, both nationally and internationally.
2. Work closely with the Board to execute the People Strategy in alignment with the organisational objectives.
3. Drive employee engagement initiatives, events, and incentives to boost overall morale and productivity.

The HR Director role is based in modern offices in Central London and offers the opportunity for a hybrid working arrangement with 1-2 days per week in the office.
