I am currently working with several colleges accross the south who are actively recruiting Progress coaches on a full time / part time basis. Some key responsibilities include: * Pastoral care, providing counsel to students with mental health, safeguarding, or personal challenges * Supervise study sessions * Act as a member of the safeguarding team * Attendance and behaviour. * 1:1 tutorials to support attendance * No classroom teaching If interested, please apply and i would be happy to discuss further
