Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a full range of building surveying services including defect analysis, dilapidations, condition surveys and refurbishment or new build projects
  • Manage client relationships and provide professional technical advice across commercial, residential and public-sector portfolios
  • Prepare and present technical reports, specifications and schedules of work
  • Assist with contract administration, project delivery and quality assurance
  • Support and mentor junior surveyors within the team

Required Skills & Experience

  • Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a related discipline
  • MRICS qualified (or working towards chartership)
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction, maintenance and building pathology
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Building Regulations and Principal Designer duties (advantageous)
  • Understanding of CDM Regulations and Health & Safety (preferred)
