An established, RICS-chartered construction consultancy operating nationally with a reputation for excellence in building surveying, project management, and cost consultancy. The company is known for its technical expertise, long-term client relationships, and strong focus on professional development, offering a supportive team culture and varied project exposure across multiple sectors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a full range of building surveying services including defect analysis, dilapidations, condition surveys and refurbishment or new build projects
- Manage client relationships and provide professional technical advice across commercial, residential and public-sector portfolios
- Prepare and present technical reports, specifications and schedules of work
- Assist with contract administration, project delivery and quality assurance
- Support and mentor junior surveyors within the team
Required Skills & Experience
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a related discipline
- MRICS qualified (or working towards chartership)
- Strong technical knowledge of construction, maintenance and building pathology
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of Building Regulations and Principal Designer duties (advantageous)
- Understanding of CDM Regulations and Health & Safety (preferred)
