Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver architectural projects from concept through to completion
- Take ownership of project delivery, client relationships, and consultant coordination
- Support the continued growth and development of the Winchester studio; manage smaller projects independently while contributing to larger-scale schemes
- Mentor and support junior team members within the team
- Work collaboratively across design, technical, and multidisciplinary teams

- Qualified Architect with ARB registration or experienced Architectural Technologist
