This established practice has a strong UK presence and a multidisciplinary team. The Winchester studio provides a supportive setting where technical quality, shared learning and responsible decision‑making are central to project development and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce accurate, coordinated technical drawings, specifications and project information
- Support projects from design development through to technical design and site stages
- Work with architects, designers, consultants and clients to resolve technical challenges
- Coordinate consultant information and internal design input
- Use Revit to support BIM processes and digital workflows
- Contribute to materials selection, specification writing and detailed design solutions
Required Skills and Experience
- Architectural Technologist with 2+ years’ post‑qualification experience
- Degree qualified or equivalent in architectural technology or a related discipline
- Broad construction knowledge and understanding of technical delivery
- Able to produce accurate technical information with strong attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work collaboratively across project teams
- Working knowledge of Revit is desirable; BIM, NBS and specification writing experience would be advantageous
