Role & Responsibilities
  • Supporting the design and development of residential, education and later living projects
  • Working closely with the Head of Commercial Architecture during early project stages
  • Contributing to concept design, planning and design development packages
  • Running selected project aspects through later stages where required
  • Coordinating with internal teams to maintain design quality and consistency
  • Assisting with technical detailing and consultant coordination
  • Engaging with clients and stakeholders to support successful project delivery
Required Skills & Experience
  • Part 3 qualified Architect, ideally with around 3 years’ post Part III experience
  • Experience or strong interest in residential, education or later living projects
  • Exposure to high-end, bespoke residential schemes with quality finishes
  • Design-focused approach with an appreciation for well-considered, practical architecture
  • Community-focused mindset with a passion for the quality and longevity of projects
  • Confident communicator and collaborative team player
  • ArchiCAD experience beneficial
