The Winchester-based commercial studio delivers contemporary projects across residential, education and later living sectors, including high-end, bespoke housing schemes with refined finishes.
Role & Responsibilities- Supporting the design and development of residential, education and later living projects
- Working closely with the Head of Commercial Architecture during early project stages
- Contributing to concept design, planning and design development packages
- Running selected project aspects through later stages where required
- Coordinating with internal teams to maintain design quality and consistency
- Assisting with technical detailing and consultant coordination
- Engaging with clients and stakeholders to support successful project delivery
- Part 3 qualified Architect, ideally with around 3 years’ post Part III experience
- Experience or strong interest in residential, education or later living projects
- Exposure to high-end, bespoke residential schemes with quality finishes
- Design-focused approach with an appreciation for well-considered, practical architecture
- Community-focused mindset with a passion for the quality and longevity of projects
- Confident communicator and collaborative team player
- ArchiCAD experience beneficial
- Salary of £39,000 – £45,000 DOE
- 21 days holiday plus bank holidays and discretionary Christmas leave
- No expectation to work overtime; any overtime paid at an enhanced rate
- Hybrid working with 3 days per week required in the Winchester office
