The team is experienced in delivering complex, high-value homes and maintains long-term relationships across the industry.Role & ResponsibilitiesManaging full project lifecycles from initial feasibility studies through to final completion and post-completion stagesLeading design coordination, reviewing proposals to ensure alignment with project brief, budget and programme requirementsOverseeing technical delivery including contractor management, programme monitoring and quality assurance throughout all stagesAdministering JCT contracts and managing procurement processes with appropriate commercial and contractual awarenessCoordinating all technical disciplines including MEP, structural and architectural teams to ensure seamless integrationMaintaining regular communication with high-end clients, consultants and design teams throughout the project lifecycleEnsuring project delivery meets required standards of quality, time and cost within a high-value residential environmentTaking ownership of stakeholder management, resolving challenges and driving project progress effectivelySkills & Experience RequiredProven experience delivering prime or super-prime residential projects within the property sectorDemonstrated ability to manage full project lifecycles from inception through to completion successfullyStrong knowledge and practical experience administering JCT contracts and construction procurement processesExperience managing multiple stakeholders including clients, consultants and contractors within high-end environmentsAbility to read, interpret and coordinate detailed technical drawing packages across multiple disciplinesProficiency in MS Project, Excel and experience using Procore or Conject systems is desirableStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage complex programmes and maintain attention to detailChartered status such as MCIOB or MAPM is preferred but not essential for this positionSalary & BenefitsSalary of 50,000 β 65,000Bonus schemePerformance related bonusHoliday entitlement: 25 days + BH + Christmas shutdown1 day WFHFriendly and enjoyable work environmentWho Is This Role Ideal For?This role is ideal for a Project manager with experience in high-end residential property seeking greater ownership of projects.
