Hunter Dunning is managing this opportunity on a confidential basis.Role & ResponsibilitiesProduce detailed tender and construction packages including drawings, schedules, and specificationsLiaise with local authorities, consultants, and inspectors throughout project lifecyclesPrepare and develop design drawings and documentation across all RIBA stagesCoordinate with multidisciplinary consultants including structural and MEP engineersSupervise junior team members and support development of project deliverablesManage sourcing, detailing, and scheduling of materials and finishesAttend site meetings and resolve technical queries during construction stagesSupport project coordination to ensure delivery meets programme and quality requirementsSkills & Experience RequiredMinimum four years post Part III UK experience within architectural practiceProven experience running high end or super prime residential projects in LondonStrong technical knowledge including contract administration and construction detailingProficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp softwareStrong organisational skills with ability to prioritise workloads effectivelyAbility to work independently and proactively within a busy studio environmentExcellent communication skills for client and consultant engagementEligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship requirementsSalary & BenefitsSalary range between 48,000 and 50,000 depending on experience and levelHybrid working with three days per week required in the officeFlexible start times to support personal commitments and work life balance21 days annual leave plus bank holidays and additional Christmas closureDiscretionary annual bonus based on company performanceSupport and development opportunities within a growing studioRegular team socials, events, and project related activitiesWho Is This Role Ideal For?This role suits a Project Architect seeking responsibility within high end residential projects.
