Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality technical design and construction detailing across RIBA Stages 3-4
  • Prepare and coordinate technical packages, including external cladding and faade systems
  • Produce and manage detailed Revit models and technical drawings
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure buildability and compliance
  • Support project delivery across a range of residential and mixed-use developments
  • Contribute technical input to design development and problem-solving
  • Ensure projects comply with current Building Regulations and industry standards

Required Skills & Experience

  • ARB registered Architect
  • Proven experience delivering technical design packages at RIBA Stages 3-4
  • Strong knowledge of construction detailing for existing buildings
  • Experience preparing external cladding and faade packages
  • Excellent Revit proficiency
  • Good understanding of UK Building Regulations
  • Experience with high-rise and glazed faade projects is advantageous
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
