Our client is a well-established, award-winning RIBA Chartered Practice with a strong reputation for delivering thoughtful, well-crafted architecture across the Residential and Education sectors. With a collaborative studio culture and a focus on quality design and technical excellence, the practice offers a supportive environment where experienced Technologists can take ownership of projects and contribute meaningfully from concept through to completion.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from planning through to construction and completion
  • Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit
  • Manage project delivery across all RIBA stages
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors and external stakeholders
  • Attend and lead client meetings
  • Resolve technical and site-related issues during construction
  • Prepare and present technical and design information to clients

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience working in the UK
  • CIAT registered or working towards chartership
  • Proven experience delivering Residential and Education projects
  • Strong Revit proficiency with experience producing detailed technical packages
  • Good working knowledge of NBS specifications
  • Experience running projects and leading small teams
  • Confident client-facing skills across all RIBA stages
