A Senior Rural Surveyor job in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire for a leading Rural Land Management consultancy. The role will be joining a dynamic team serving high-profile and valued clients. Offering a salary of up to £35,000 + On Target Bonus of £3-5k + £4500 Car Allowance + Hybrid Working + 25 days Holiday.

With 60 offices nationwide, they have a long-standing reputation in the residential and commercial sectors, offering a multitude of services including lettings, property management, land, development, surveying and agency.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Working as trusted advisor to high-profile and valued clients
  • Constant communication with clients offering an exemplary advisory service
  • Offering strategic business advice, long-term tax planning, through to hands-on management of the whole estate
  • Day to Day management of a rural estate as well as strategic planning
  • Advising on landlord and tenant property law
  • Rural Valuations
  • Rural, Residential and Agricultural property management advice
  • Grants and Subsidies advice
  • Rural Connectivity
  • Covenants and right of way issues
  • Property records and compliance
  • Minerals and Waste management advice

Required Skills & Experience

  • MRICS
  • Educated to Degree Level with a RICS accredited degree
  • 3+ Years experience within rural consultancy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • UK Driving Licence and own car
