Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead FF&E design development from initial concept stages through to final installation across multiple project types.
- Develop creative concepts and translate design ideas into cohesive and deliverable schemes for project teams.
- Prepare detailed FF&E specifications, schedules, and sample boards for client, consultant, and contractor use.
- Coordinate with procurement agents to manage sourcing, budgets, and value engineering processes across active projects.
- Design bespoke furniture items and produce detailed technical drawings supporting manufacturing and installation requirements.
- Attend site visits and project meetings to monitor installation progress and resolve design related issues.
- Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure design documentation aligns with the overall agreed project intent.
- Support and mentor junior team members while maintaining high standards across project documentation and deliverables.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience within luxury hospitality, restaurant, or high end residential interior design sectors.
- Strong proficiency using AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, and FF&E specification software for detailed project delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to manage FF&E packages through multiple project stages with strong technical understanding.
- Excellent communication skills when engaging with clients, consultants, suppliers, and wider project team members.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines effectively across several concurrent design projects.
- Proactive approach with confidence taking ownership of design decisions, project responsibilities, and required deliverables.
- Detailed knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture sourcing, and both traditional and contemporary interior design styles.
- Fluent English language skills with the ability to present design ideas clearly in written and verbal formats.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary 45,000 β 60,000 depending on experience and project exposure.
