Role & Responsibilities
- Manage cost consultancy services across large scale residential and mixed use developments.
- Supervise junior team members ensuring quality and consistency across project delivery.
- Deliver cost planning, cost control, procurement, and contract administration activities.
- Prepare budget reconciliations, cost reports, and financial updates for clients.
- Undertake site valuations and manage contractor payment processes.
- Engage with supply chains and support negotiation and contract preparation activities.
- Collate and structure cost data to support wider business reporting requirements.
- Maintain client relationships and support project delivery across all stages.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum six years experience within cost consultancy or quantity surveying environments.
