Role & Responsibilities

• Manage cost consultancy services across large scale residential and mixed use developments.
• Supervise junior team members ensuring quality and consistency across project delivery.
• Deliver cost planning, cost control, procurement, and contract administration activities.
• Prepare budget reconciliations, cost reports, and financial updates for clients.
• Undertake site valuations and manage contractor payment processes.
• Engage with supply chains and support negotiation and contract preparation activities.
• Collate and structure cost data to support wider business reporting requirements.
• Maintain client relationships and support project delivery across all stages.

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum six years experience within cost consultancy or quantity surveying environments.
• Strong experience delivering large scale residential urban development projects.
• Ability to manage commercial aspects from feasibility through to final accounts.
• Excellent knowledge of cost planning, procurement, reporting, and contract management.
• Experience working with private sector developer clients.
• Professional qualification such as MRICS or MCIOB is required.
• Degree in quantity surveying or related discipline.
