Job Summary: Senior Architectural Technologist is an Architecture opportunity focused on advanced technical design and project delivery. The role is based in Farringdon, London, with hybrid working and two WFH days weekly. You will lead technical design solutions while maintaining constructability, performance, compliance and architectural quality. Responsibilities cover complex architectural packages from concept design through construction stage deliverables and project completion. You will coordinate consultants, contractors and clients while ensuring deliverables meet agreed scope and timelines. The position includes client engagement, proposal submissions, tenders and wider business development activities. You will mentor project teams, manage resources and support consistent technical standards across active commissions. Advanced BIM knowledge and strong digital design capability are central requirements for successful project delivery.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Own and drive technical project delivery while maintaining quality, compliance and agreed programme requirements.
- Lead projects from concept through construction stage deliverables with minimal day-to-day supervision.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors and clients while maintaining clear communication across multidisciplinary project teams.
- Produce conceptual and sketch designs, presentation materials and detailed technical documentation for project delivery.
- Manage and assign project resources effectively while reporting workload requirements and project status.
- Mentor, coach and develop junior employees while supporting internal team performance and project delivery.
- Apply advanced technical design knowledge across project stages while considering constructability, compliance and cost.
- Support client engagement, submissions, bids and business development activities while representing professional practice standards.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architectural Technology or an industry related equivalent qualification.
- Circa 6 to 8 years of post-qualified experience with CIAT or equivalent professional registration.
- Advanced technical design, documentation and detailing experience across complex architectural packages and project stages.
- Expert capability using Revit, BIM 360, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Suite for architectural delivery.
- Strong understanding of BIM processes, digital design tools and multidisciplinary information coordination requirements.
- Strong knowledge of current Building Planning Regulations and their application across relevant project environments.
- Proven client engagement, presentation and relationship management skills across consultants, contractors and wider stakeholders.
- Strong organisation, time management and resource management skills within demanding project schedules and deadlines.

- Salary: DOE
