Hybrid working is available alongside regular office or site attendance under company policy.Role & ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive technical project delivery while maintaining quality, compliance and agreed programme requirementsLead healthcare projects from concept through construction stage deliverables with minimal day-to-day supervisionCoordinate consultants, contractors and clients while maintaining clear communication across multidisciplinary project teamsProduce conceptual and sketch designs, presentation materials and detailed technical documentation for project deliveryManage and assign project resources effectively while reporting workload requirements and project statusMentor, coach and develop junior employees while supporting internal team performance and project deliveryApply advanced technical design knowledge across project stages while considering constructability, compliance and costSupport client engagement, submissions, bids and business development activities while representing professional practice standardsSkills & Experience RequiredBachelor’s degree or higher in Architectural Technology or an industry related equivalent qualificationCirca 6 to 8 years of post-qualified experience with CIAT or equivalent professional registrationAdvanced technical design, documentation and detailing experience across complex architectural packages and project stagesExpert capability using Revit, BIM 360, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Suite for architectural deliveryStrong understanding of BIM processes, digital design tools and multidisciplinary information coordination requirementsStrong knowledge of current Building Planning Regulations and their application across relevant project environmentsProven client engagement, presentation and relationship management skills across consultants, contractors and wider stakeholdersStrong organisation, time management and resource management skills within demanding project schedules and deadlinesSalary & BenefitsSalary: 50,000 – 60,000Pension scheme with 5% employer contribution and 4% employee contribution22 days annual leave plus 2 company bonus days and enhanced maternity and paternity leave contributionsDiscretionary bonus scheme with overseas travel opportunities available through the roleCPD training, tuition fee support and paid study leave provided by the companyProfessional subscriptions paid in full including RIAI, RIBA and CIATHybrid working with 2 days WFH per week, flexible hours, early Friday finish and social clubWho Is This Role Ideal For?This role suits an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist with advanced technical design and project delivery capability.
