Our client is a well-established, award-winning RIBA Chartered Practice with a strong reputation for delivering thoughtful, well-crafted architecture across the Residential and Education sectors. With a collaborative studio culture and a focus on quality design and technical excellence, the practice offers a supportive environment where experienced Technologists can take ownership of projects and contribute meaningfully from concept through to completion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead projects from planning through to construction and completion
- Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit
- Manage project delivery across all RIBA stages
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and external stakeholders
- Attend and lead client meetings
- Resolve technical and site-related issues during construction
- Prepare and present technical and design information to clients
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience working in the UK
- CIAT registered or working towards chartership
- Proven experience delivering Residential and Education projects
- Strong Revit proficiency with experience producing detailed technical packages
