Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of education projects, including large-scale school developments across the UK.
• Develop project briefs into coordinated design solutions in line with the RIBA Plan of Work.
• Provide technical and design leadership throughout project stages, supporting quality and compliance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful project outcomes and consistent project communication.
• Contribute to Pre-Construction Information, project deliverables and robust architectural design information.
• Author specifications using NBS and maintain technical compliance throughout project delivery stages.
• Support planning applications, Building Regulations submissions and Building Safety Gateway requirements.
• Attend and lead client, consultant and contractor meetings, workshops and project reviews.

Skills & Experience Required:

• ARB registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years UK architectural experience.
• Strong experience delivering education projects, ideally including large DfE school schemes.
• Excellent understanding of Building Bulletins and current education design standards.
• Commercial and contractual awareness with ability to support coordinated project delivery.
• Minimum 2 years of experience using Autodesk Revit within architectural practice.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign for presentations, reports and project communication.
• Knowledge of UK Construction Law, British Standards and relevant Codes of Practice.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills across complex project teams.
