Role & Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects through RIBA stages, ensuring design intent is maintained across all phases.
• Produce detailed Revit models and drawing packages for planning, tender and construction purposes.
• Coordinate with consultants to resolve technical issues and maintain project programme milestones.
• Manage client communication to ensure expectations, design direction and deliverables remain aligned.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications and construction information for site delivery.
• Support planning submissions with design statements and presentation material for approval processes.
• Attend site meetings and conduct inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance requirements.

Skills & Experience Required

• Qualified Architect with ARB registration and strong UK project delivery experience.
• Minimum three years post qualification experience within residential or high end design sectors.
• Advanced Revit proficiency with proven ability to produce coordinated BIM project information.
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing standards.
• Experience managing projects through multiple RIBA stages with clear design ownership.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and consultant coordination responsibilities.
• Ability to manage deadlines and workload across multiple projects within a studio environment.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary range of 45,000 to 50,000 depending on experience and project capability.
