Role & Responsibilities

  • Produce detailed tender and construction packages including drawings, schedules, and specifications
  • Liaise with local authorities, consultants, and inspectors throughout project lifecycles
  • Prepare and develop design drawings and documentation across all RIBA stages
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants including structural and MEP engineers
  • Supervise junior team members and support development of project deliverables
  • Manage sourcing, detailing, and scheduling of materials and finishes
  • Attend site meetings and resolve technical queries during construction stages
  • Support project coordination to ensure delivery meets programme and quality requirements

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum four years post Part III UK experience within architectural practice
  • Proven experience running high end or super prime residential projects in London
  • Strong technical knowledge including contract administration and construction detailing
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp software
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise workloads effectively
  • Ability to work independently and proactively within a busy studio environment
  • Excellent communication skills for client and consultant engagement
  • Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship requirements

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary range between 48,000 and 50,000 depending on experience and level
