Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects across multiple RIBA stages, ensuring programme, quality, and design objectives are achieved
- Manage project delivery including coordination of consultants and internal teams
- Develop design proposals and technical packages using Revit
- Act as key contact for clients, stakeholders, and contractors
- Lead meetings and maintain clear communication throughout project stages
- Undertake site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum five years post Part III UK experience
- Strong knowledge across all RIBA stages with project leadership experience
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD with strong technical delivery skills
