An established practice is seeking an Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join its design team, working across a varied portfolio. The role offers involvement in the preparation and development of drawings, models, images and design documents across all RIBA stages.
The practice works across residential, heritage, commercial, interiors and community projects, with experience including private housing, high-quality residential schemes, hotels and mixed-use work. The studio has a contemporary design approach and places emphasis on quality, collaboration and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and develop drawings, models, images and design documents
- Support design work across all RIBA stages
- Contribute to residential, commercial, interiors, heritage and community projects
- Assist with technical design and delivery where required
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants and contractors
- Work proactively as part of a collaborative design team
- Part 2 qualified Architectural Assistant
- 1+ years’ practice experience in the UK, across RIBA stages
