A Part 2 Architectural Assistant is required to support the design and delivery of luxury residential projects within an established multidisciplinary practice. The role will involve working from concept through to detailed design, producing drawings, models and presentation material while supporting project leaders and architects across varied project stages.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, develop and edit drawings, models, images and documents under guidance from senior team members
- Contribute to the design process through research, sketching, digital modelling and presentation material
- Develop design options for internal review and project team discussion
- Produce clear technical information and assist with coordination of design packages
- Support planning, tender and construction documentation
Qualifications
- RIBA Part 2 qualification with 4+ years' UK experience working on luxury residential and/or hospitality projects
- Strong design portfolio showing conceptual thinking, spatial understanding and technical competence
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, with SketchUp and/or Revit advantageous
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Ability to work confidently in 2D and 3D and communicate design ideas clearly
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a project team
