This Newcastle-based practice is doing housing differently, from shaping smart cities and the reuse of old buildings to create sustainable new spaces for city living, creating proper neighbourhoods here in the UK and internationally.
My client is a multi-disciplinary, employee-owned design practice working across architecture, engineering, and planning. With a strong global presence, they deliver complex projects across residential, healthcare, education, and commercial sectors, all within a flexible, hybrid setup that supports real progression and collaboration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver residential projects across all RIBA stages
- Produce technical drawings and detailed Revit models
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and planning standards
- Support design reviews, site coordination, and project meetings.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ yearsβ UK experience in residential architecture
- Strong Revit and technical drawing skills
- Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning policy
- Experience coordinating with consultants and contractors
- Confidence working across all RIBA stages.
