Role & Responsibilities
- Carry out fire surveys and assessments including EWS1 and cladding inspections across projects.
- Provide technical advice to clients on fire safety systems and compliance requirements.

- Alternatively seven years experience as a Building Control Surveyor within construction environments.
- Experience working with fire stopping systems and dry lining within construction projects.
- Professional membership such as MRICS, MCABE, MIFIREE, or MCIOB or working towards.
- Strong understanding of fire safety design guidance and regulatory processes.
- Experience working on cladding and façade projects including EWS1 assessments.
- Ability to mentor and manage junior team members within project environments.
- Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for site visits and travel.
