Role & Responsibilities
- Lead FF&E design development from concept stages through to final installation across multiple project types.
- Develop creative concepts and translate ideas into cohesive and deliverable design schemes.
- Prepare detailed FF&E specifications, schedules, and sample boards for client and contractor use.
- Coordinate with procurement agents to manage sourcing, budgets, and value engineering processes effectively.
- Design bespoke furniture items and produce technical drawings to support manufacturing requirements.
- Attend site visits and meetings to monitor installation progress and resolve design related issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all design documentation aligns with overall project intent.

Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 8 years experience within hospitality, restaurant, or high end residential interior design sectors.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, and FF&E specification software platforms.
