Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead FF&E design development from concept stages through to final installation across multiple project types.
  • Develop creative concepts and translate ideas into cohesive and deliverable design schemes.
  • Prepare detailed FF&E specifications, schedules, and sample boards for client and contractor use.
  • Coordinate with procurement agents to manage sourcing, budgets, and value engineering processes effectively.
  • Design bespoke furniture items and produce technical drawings to support manufacturing requirements.
  • Attend site visits and meetings to monitor installation progress and resolve design related issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all design documentation aligns with overall project intent.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 8 years experience within hospitality, restaurant, or high end residential interior design sectors.

  • Excellent communication skills when engaging with clients, consultants, and suppliers on design matters.
