Overview
In this role you deliver detailed technical information for residential projects as schemes advance through late design stages. You act as a technical hub within project teams, coordinating architectural and consultant packages to ensure consistent, constructible documentation. You will develop construction details, review interfaces, and apply current regulations to support robust project information. Revit plays a key part in your workflow alongside AutoCAD and Office tools, with clear communication to consultants, contractors, clients, and internal teams. This position blends precise production work with wider team coordination in a collaborative studio environment.

Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for detailed technical information as projects progress through later RIBA work stages
- Coordinate architectural packages with consultant information to identify conflicts and maintain consistent project documentation
- Produce clear plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and construction details for medium and large scale schemes
- Support team delivery by reviewing technical requirements, resolving queries, and keeping information suitable for construction
- Work directly with consultants, clients, and contractors to maintain effective communication throughout technical project stages
- Apply current regulatory and warranty guidance when developing details, specifications, and coordinated architectural information
- Provide technical leadership where required while remaining confident managing individual tasks and priorities independently
Key requirements
- Strong technical experience on medium or large scale projects with demanding coordination and delivery requirements, primarily large scale residential
- Revit knowledge alongside confident AutoCAD and Microsoft Office skills
- Practical understanding of current Building Regulations, housing standards, and NHBC or LABC warranty guidance
- Experience coordinating project information with external consultants and communicating effectively across multidisciplinary design teams
- Ability to develop comprehensive working drawing packages covering plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and detailed information
- Previous involvement with projects through RIBA Stages 4, 5, and 6 across relevant building sectors
