Job Summary: Senior Architectural Technologist Job London is an Architecture role delivering high-quality technical packages across a varied UK project portfolio. You will produce working drawing packages, lead production information and coordinate detailed design documentation across project stages.

The position requires strong Revit ability, BIM knowledge, technical detailing experience and understanding of statutory compliance. You will advise on environmental requirements, building regulations, fire regulations, materials, buildability and Designer Risk Assessments.

The role also involves consultant coordination, authority liaison, tender reports, QA procedures and inspections across various project stages. Role & Responsibilities:

  • Produce effective working drawing packages with minimal supervision across varied project stages.
  • Lead the delivery of production packages while coordinating detailed design information and documentation.
  • Advise on environmental, building regulatory, fire safety, materials and buildability requirements.
  • Carry out Designer Risk Assessments in line with CDM and project compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with consultants and colleagues while sharing information across wider project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with design, legal, statutory and professional requirements throughout project delivery.
  • Liaise with statutory and local approval authorities to support technical project progression.
  • Use Revit Level 2 BIM processes, provide COBie data and follow QA procedures.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Architectural Technology degree, relevant HNC, HND or BTEC qualification within a related discipline.
  • CIAT or RIBA registered professional with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience.
  • Demonstrable experience leading the delivery of production packages across technical project stages.
  • Proficient in Revit with at least 3 years continual use within practice.
  • Good knowledge of UK Construction and Building Law, statutory compliance and buildability.
  • Strong understanding of technical detailing, coordinated information and construction documentation requirements.
  • Experience carrying out Health and Safety risk assessments and supporting CDM requirements.
  • Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills with consultant coordination experience.
