- Contribute to Pre-Construction Information, project deliverables and robust architectural design information
- Author specifications using NBS and maintain technical compliance throughout project delivery stages
- Support planning applications, Building Regulations submissions and Building Safety Gateway requirements
- Attend and lead client, consultant and contractor meetings, workshops and project reviews
Skills & Experience Required
- ARB registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years UK architectural experience
- Strong experience delivering education projects, ideally including large DfE school schemes
- Excellent understanding of Building Bulletins and current education design standards
- Commercial and contractual awareness with ability to support coordinated project delivery
- Minimum 2 years of experience using Autodesk Revit within architectural practice
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign for presentations, reports and project communication
- Knowledge of UK Construction Law, British Standards and relevant Codes of Practice
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills across complex project teams
