Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of healthcare and education projects through multiple RIBA stages, ensuring quality and technical excellence.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams and manage project information throughout design and construction processes.
- Prepare and review planning, tender and construction documentation using Revit across complex project stages.
- Develop technically robust design solutions responding to client briefs, statutory requirements and project objectives.
- Attend and lead client, consultant and contractor meetings throughout project delivery and technical coordination.
- Undertake site visits and resolve technical queries during construction to support successful project outcomes.
- Manage project programmes, resources and deliverables while supporting Associate-level staff across project teams.
- Mentor junior architects and architectural assistants while promoting best practice across collaborative project teams.
Skills & Experience Required:
- ARB Registered Architect with at least five years post-Part III experience in a UK architectural practice.
- Strong project delivery experience across RIBA Stages 3 to 6 on complex architectural projects.
- Previous experience delivering healthcare, education or other complex public sector projects within practice.
- Excellent Revit skills with the ability to produce and coordinate detailed technical information.
- Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, construction detailing and multidisciplinary consultant coordination.
- Confident managing client relationships and multidisciplinary teams across design and construction project stages.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills with a proactive and collaborative working approach.
- Ability to mentor junior team members while supporting best practice and technical project standards.
