Role & Responsibilities
- Develop technical design packages from RIBA Stage 4 through to project completion.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure integrated delivery.
- Manage design integration between new-build and refurbishment project elements.
- Oversee detailing, material specifications, and construction sequencing across projects.
- Monitor construction progress and support site delivery alongside project team members.
- Maintain quality and accuracy in technical documentation and contractor communication.
- Support resolution of technical issues during construction and delivery stages.
- Collaborate closely with senior team members to ensure design intent is achieved.
Skills & Experience Required
- ARB registered architect with minimum five years post Part II experience in the UK.
- Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and National Described Space Standards.
