Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage large scale fire safety projects across all RIBA stages ensuring compliance and technical delivery.
- Lead and mentor engineers, surveyors, and consultants to maintain high performance standards.
- Provide expert fire safety advice aligned with current regulations and industry best practice.
- Oversee project budgets, invoicing, and programme management to ensure commercial success.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to support delivery of project objectives and outcomes.

- Professional membership such as MRICS, MCABE, MIFIREE, MCIOB or working towards accreditation.

- Experience managing and mentoring junior team members within a consultancy setting.
- Understanding of building pathology, materials, and construction typologies.
