Role & Responsibilities
- Carry out fire surveys and assessments including EWS1 and cladding inspections across projects.
- Provide technical advice to clients on fire safety systems and compliance requirements.
- Liaise with project managers and engineers to deliver surveys in line with contractual obligations.
- Manage project aspects including scope, programme, cost, risk, quality, and resources.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation to support project delivery and compliance.
- Maintain strong client relationships and support ongoing project communication.
- Support continuous professional development initiatives within the team.
- Ensure adherence to quality management processes and project delivery standards.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum five years experience in construction with at least three years in surveying roles.
- Experience working with fire stopping systems and dry lining within construction environments.
- Professional membership such as MRICS, MCABE, MIFIREE, or MCIOB or working towards.
- Strong understanding of building pathology, materials, and construction methodologies.
- Experience working on cladding and façade projects including EWS1 assessments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within programme and budget constraints.
- Strong communication skills to engage with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for site visits.
