Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cost consultancy services across infrastructure and residential development projects
  • Supervise and support Cost Managers ensuring high quality delivery across project stages
  • Develop and maintain client relationships while supporting new business opportunities
  • Manage cost planning, cost control, procurement, and contract administration activities
  • Oversee budget reconciliation, cost reporting, and financial performance across projects
  • Engage with supply chains and support negotiation and contract preparation processes
  • Collate and structure cost data to support wider business intelligence and reporting
  • Champion use of technology to improve service delivery and operational efficiency

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum eight years experience within cost management, consultancy, or quantity surveying roles
  • Strong experience delivering large scale infrastructure and masterplanning schemes
  • Proven ability to lead commercial management from feasibility through to final accounts
  • Experience working on large residential and mixed use developments within urban environments
  • Excellent knowledge of cost planning, reporting, procurement, and contract management
  • MRICS qualified with degree in quantity surveying or related discipline
  • Strong client facing skills with experience working for private sector developers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with ability to manage data and reporting requirements

Salary & Benefits:
