CDM Consultant job in Central London, supporting a range of commercial, residential, and large-scale development projects. This role will involve managing CDM compliance across multiple projects, providing oversight from design through to construction completion, and ensuring projects meet UK health and safety standards. Offering a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 + hybrid working + benefits. This opportunity is with a busy, growing consultancy delivering CDM and building safety advice across the built environment. Role & Responsibilities
- Lead CDM compliance on projects from foundations through to completion
- Advise on risk management and health & safety during design and construction
- Prepare and maintain CDM documentation and project files
- Attend client and design team meetings, both in person and remotely
- Support mentoring and guidance within the team
- Conduct site visits across Manchester and surrounding areas
- Ensure works meet energy efficiency targets and sustainability objectives
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years' experience in CDM consultancy, construction, or surveying
- Confident client-facing experience with high-risk building projects
- Knowledge of UK construction and health & safety standards
- NEBOSH general or construction desirable
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
