Role & Responsibilities:

  • Act as contract administrator or employer’s agent across a range of building projects.
  • Prepare and present design schemes supporting project delivery and client approval processes.

  • Submit applications for planning, listed building consent, and building control approvals.
  • Undertake tender processes including analysis, reporting, and contract documentation preparation.
  • Carry out surveys and inspections to assess building condition and maintenance requirements.

  • Support delivery of retrofit and decarbonisation schemes across residential portfolios.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Degree qualified in Building Surveying or equivalent recognised construction discipline.
  • Minimum two years post qualification experience within building surveying roles.
  • Associate membership of RICS or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
  • Experience delivering retrofit or decarbonisation projects within housing sectors.
  • Strong understanding of contract administration and project management processes.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and communicate technical information clearly.
