Role & Responsibilities

  • Delivering project management services across all project stages
  • Preparing technical reports and presentations to clearly communicate project strategy and direction
  • Chairing meetings and reporting directly to clients
  • Managing project teams and supporting the development of colleagues
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for repeat and new business
  • Monitoring project risks, budgets and programmes to ensure successful delivery
  • Attending industry and networking events to promote the consultancy’s services
  • Supporting responsible business initiatives such as careers fairs and work experience programmes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience
  • MRICS or working towards chartership
  • Strong understanding of design, procurement and construction processes
  • Experience using project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asta PowerProject
  • Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage deadlines across multiple projects
  • Leadership capability with experience mentoring or managing team members
