Our client currently has a position available to join its growing studio in London. This is an opportunity to take a leading role in a design led, socially responsible and sustainability-focused practice, working across an exciting mix of housing, education, arts and cultural projects. They have recently relocated to new office premises and are seeking a Project Architect or Associate Architect who is well connected in the London residential sector and keen to help develop the office.
They are a contemporary practice with studios in Hampshire and London. They specialise in well-crafted architecture that balances high-quality design with social and environmental responsibility. Current work includes Passivhaus schemes, affordable and private housing, contemporary one-off homes with a growing pipeline in the arts and culture sector. The practice places a strong emphasis on wellbeing, creativity, and collaboration across teams.
Role & Responsibilities- Lead the design and delivery of projects across all RIBA stages
- Manage residential and public sector projects from concept to completion
- Produce and coordinate design and technical information using Revit
- Present work to clients, planning departments and other key stakeholders
- Support the development of the London studio and mentor junior team members.
- ARB registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years UK experience
- Proven track record delivering high-quality residential projects
- Revit proficiency is essential
- Confident presenting to clients, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoys working collaboratively and managing others.
- Β£45,000 β Β£60,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid working up to two days a week from home
- Flexible hours based on a 37.5-hour week
