Role & Responsibilities:
- Work across residential and commercial projects with values ranging from 1 million to 40 million.
- Lead projects through technical design and delivery stages with clear coordination responsibilities.
- Prepare, develop, and manage detailed drawings and models using industry standard software.
- Review team drawings and provide technical feedback with suggested improvements where required.
- Produce comprehensive technical construction information aligned with project requirements and regulations.
- Collaborate within a small team environment while supporting and mentoring junior team members.
- Use Revit and AutoCAD daily on live UK projects to deliver accurate technical outputs.
- Report directly to project leaders and contribute to overall project delivery and programme success.
