Key Responsibilities
- Support high-end residential projects from early design through to completion
- Prepare drawings, coordinated packages, and presentation material using AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Run projects across RIBA stages 1 to 7 with programme awareness and design intent
- Lead meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors, keeping decisions recorded
- Produce detailed construction information for bespoke residential schemes
- Maintain strong technical and presentation standards for planning, tender, and construction stages
Required Skills and Experience
- Part III qualified Architect with proven experience working on luxury residential projects in London
- Portfolio showing high-end residential projects with strong design and technical resolution
- Confident running projects through all RIBA stages
- Good working knowledge of UK planning processes, listed building consents, and residential constraints
- Sound understanding of traditional detailing, specifications, and material selection
- High proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
