Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a full range of building surveying services including defect analysis, dilapidations, condition surveys and refurbishment or new build projects.
- Manage client relationships and provide professional technical advice across commercial, residential and public-sector portfolios.
- Prepare and present technical reports, specifications and schedules of work.
- Assist with contract administration, project delivery and quality assurance.
- Support and mentor junior surveyors within the team.
Required Skills & Experience
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
- MRICS qualified (or working towards chartership).
- Strong technical knowledge of construction, maintenance and building pathology.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Building Regulations and Principal Designer duties (advantageous).
- Understanding of CDM Regulations and Health & Safety (preferred).
