Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a full range of building surveying services including defect analysis, dilapidations, condition surveys and refurbishment or new build projects.
  • Manage client relationships and provide professional technical advice across commercial, residential and public-sector portfolios.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, specifications and schedules of work.
  • Assist with contract administration, project delivery and quality assurance.
  • Support and mentor junior surveyors within the team.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
  • MRICS qualified (or working towards chartership).
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction, maintenance and building pathology.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Building Regulations and Principal Designer duties (advantageous).
  • Understanding of CDM Regulations and Health & Safety (preferred).
