A 6-month contract for an experienced Revit technologist or Technical Architect to deliver a multi-unit residential scheme at Stage 4, with a strong focus on façade packages and technical delivery. This commission is a multi-unit residential project moving through Stage 4 and into delivery, requiring an experienced technical professional to support the team on a contract basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver Stage 4 technical packages for a multi-unit residential project
- Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit
- Coordinate and develop façade packages, ensuring buildability and compliance
- Liaise with consultants, contractors and specialist subcontractors
- Resolve technical and construction-related queries through delivery
- Support project delivery in line with programme and quality standards
Required Skills & Experience
- Senior-level experience in architectural technology or technical architecture
- Proficiency in Revit and technical drawing production
- Strong understanding of façade design and construction
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
