Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver Stage 4 technical packages for a multi-unit residential project
- Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit
- Coordinate and develop façade packages, ensuring buildability and compliance
- Liaise with consultants, contractors and specialist subcontractors
- Resolve technical and construction-related queries through delivery
- Support project delivery in line with programme and quality standards
Required Skills & Experience
- Senior-level experience in architectural technology or technical architecture
- Proficiency in Revit and technical drawing production
