An exciting opportunity for a creative and ambitious Architect to work on diverse high-end residential and heritage projects within a collaborative, design-led studio. This established architectural practice is recognised for its excellence in high-quality residential, heritage and commercial design. With a strong reputation across Surrey and the Southeast, the firm combines traditional craftsmanship with innovative modern design, delivering bespoke architectural solutions that reflect each client’s individual vision. Role & Responsibilities
- Work across all RIBA stages on projects ranging from high-end new builds to listed building restorations and refurbishments.
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants and contractors to deliver projects to the highest standard.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications and planning documentation.
- Contribute creative ideas to design development and project presentation.
- Assist in site visits, contract administration and coordination during construction phases.
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment to meet deadlines and maintain design integrity.
Required Skills & Experience
- Fully qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist with UK project experience.
- Strong design and technical skills, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (preferred).
- Experience across RIBA Stages 1-5, ideally within high-end residential or heritage sectors.
- Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
