Employers Agent Job in South West London

New opening for an in South West London with a growing multidisciplinary consultancy. The role will predominantly be focused on residential new build, refurbishment, and regeneration projects across the East London and Essex region. Offering up to £50,000 + discretionary bonus + travel + support with professional accreditations.

This consultancy provides a wide range of services, including project management, surveying, cost consultancy, and design management. They specialise in residential, affordable housing, large-scale regeneration, and remedial projects for developers, housing associations, and local authorities. With a team of around 100 employees across four offices, they continue to expand, supported by a strong pipeline of work across London, the Southeast, and the Midlands.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Acting as Employers Agent, liaising with clients, contractors, developers throughout the life cycle of projects
  • Prepare employer’s requirements, including performance specifications, build agreements, and adherence to JCT contracts
  • Oversee/support all pre-contract investigations, surveys, and due diligence
  • Report on a regular basis the status of projects and update fee projections and tender reports
  • Value management, value engineering and procurement strategy
  • Tender process (single and 2-stage), including EU procurement analysis/reporting
  • Working within quality management system (QMS).
  • Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years’ experience in construction project management for a consultancy
  • Employers Agent experience
  • Contract Administration experience
  • New Build residential experience (ideally high-rise)
  • RICS Accredited Degree
  • MRCIS / MCIOB or working towards.
