Clerk of Works job in London working for an established consultancy on residential projects in South London. Our client is looking to speak with candidates who have experience conducting stock condition surveys and a keen eye for detail.
Offering a salary of up to £49,000 + Car Allowance of £5,000 or Company Car + Mileage of 45p per mile + 25 Days Holiday + Remote Working. Our client is a well-established consultancy supporting over 5,000 active clients across the UK and internationally. Known for their straight-talking and forward-thinking approach, they provide professional services across a wide range of disciplines. Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their London-based team with an experienced Clerk of Works.
Role & Responsibilities- Conduct thorough stock condition surveys within occupied homes, assessing overall property condition
- Accurately assess and report defects in line with HHSRS standards
- Ensure all collected data supports wider asset management and compliance strategies
- Produce clear, detailed reports with recommendations for improvements
- Deliver a consistent and professional level of service to clients and residents.
- Experience conducting stock condition surveys is essential
- Qualified or experienced in assessing properties to HHSRS standards
- ICWCI / MICWCI preferred or willingness to train
- Full UK driving licence.
