About the Company
This successful architectural practice is recruiting for its Chichester office to support a strong pipeline of projects. The team works across UK industrial, logistics and commercial developments at different design and delivery stages. Project work includes warehouse developments, commercial schemes, drive-thru projects and roadside commercial opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support early-stage feasibility and commercial viability work for UK industrial and logistics development opportunities
- Prepare space planning studies for warehouse, commercial, drive-thru and roadside commercial project requirements
- Develop coordinated design information using Revit across relevant project stages and technical workstreams
- Contribute to technical design and delivery for industrial, logistics and wider commercial development schemes
- Work across projects from early viability stages through detailed technical design and delivery requirements
Skills & Experience Required
- Demonstrable UK industrial experience gained across relevant architectural design, coordination and project delivery stages
- Strong Revit proficiency for producing, developing and coordinating accurate architectural and technical project information
- Experience working on industrial and logistics projects, including warehouse developments within the United Kingdom
- Experience contributing to commercial schemes, including drive-thru or roadside commercial projects where relevant
- Capability across feasibility, viability and space planning during early stages of industrial development projects
- Technical design and delivery experience supporting projects through later architectural design and technical delivery stages
